MacLellan Integrated Services provides critical process cleaning, maintenance and support services to the automotive manufacturing industry nationwide.
We are expanding our footprint of services and are seeking to fulfill a critical Maintenance Manager position for our customer site in Georgetown, KY. This key role will partner with our customer and our operations staff to identify opportunities to improve quality, increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Description:
Reporting to the site Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for working closely with the customer to identify maintenance opportunities for improving manufacturing quality, reducing costs, or increasing efficiency, and partnering with our operations team to ensure effective execution. This role will apply expertise in all trades associated with industrial equipment and facility maintenance including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, etc. to lead a team of 15-20 skilled trades people to perform work, and inspect all work for quality.
Specific Duties &
Responsibilities:
Communicate and collaborate with the customer to understand the scope of work.
Prepare cost estimates for project work including electrical and mechanical fabrication, HVAC, preventative maintenance (electrical & mechanical), vibration analysis, high pressure water blasting, carpentry, painting, and plumbing.
Understand and effectively communicate maintenance work task instructions.
Work hands on and side by side with trades to coach, train, and develop the team.
Manage operational capacity and manpower planning to efficiently meet schedules and budgets.
Provide technical expertise and proactively address potential issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction through measurement and reporting, taking prompt action when needed.
Develop team performance using available training and development tools, rectify indentified gaps and needs.
Build culture of performance management and accountability.

REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Education:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, professional training combined with equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
Experience:
At least 10 years of progressive, professional maintenance supervisory experience in both union and non-union environments involving all trades associated with industrial equipment/facility maintenance.
Experience and training equivalent to journeyman status and/or certification in an engineering discipline.
Experience negotiating scope of work, preparing cost estimates, and preparing work instructions.
Experience successfully mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of maintenance trades people.
Skills:
Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematic drawings.
Strong computer skills with proficiency using MS Project and MS Office tools.
Demonstrated proficiency using maintenance planning software packages such as eMaint, MP2 or Maximo.
Exceptional communications, leadership, and team building skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with peers, management, subordinates and corporate resources to positively impact performance.
Ability to interact effectively with employees and customers in difficult situations.
Driven by a strong customer focus.
Able to drive accountability and encourage excellence.
Requires exceptional organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage personal and team organization is critical to the position.
Must demonstrate ability to reprioritize on the fly and be able to realign work plan priorities on a daily or hourly basis.
Must be knowledgeable of and demonstrate capability in change management.
Physical Requirements:
Position requires ability to frequently work in hot and cold environments for extended periods.
Position requires mobility to walk extensively and travel up and down long flights of stairs throughout the day.
