Job Description:
Georgetown Auto Sales is seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Commission Auto Salesperson to join our dynamic team.
As a Commission Auto Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in our dealership's success by helping customers find the right vehicles to meet their needs and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Listen to customers' needs and preferences to determine the most suitable vehicle options.
Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle features and specifications.
Effectively communicate pricing, incentives, and financing options.
Close sales deals and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our vehicle inventory and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient dealership experience for customers.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in automotive sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle models, features, and specifications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with competitive commission rates.
