12 Months TLC Administrator Support Job Description The North American Production Support Center (NAPSC) provides manufacturing people development within Toyota.
This position will administer the day-to-day needs of The Learning Center (TLC), Toyota's learning management system, within the manufacturing pillar.
Primary liaison for providing L2 Support for the manufacturing pillar Training customers on TLC functionality and standardized work.
Providing technical support to resolve problems to the customers satisfaction by utilizing internal company ticketing system.
Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting.
Communicate results & business impacts of initiatives to stakeholders within the organization.
Requirements:
Experience using all Microsoft Office products, specifically including MS Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint (creation/maintenance), as well as, other Focus on customer service to fulfill inquiries and use of LMS within the manufacturing pillar Experience working with databases and dashboards Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
Strong attention to detail, while working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively with management and part of a team to meet targets.
Ability to plan and manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously.
What you may bring:
Development, deployment, and maintenance of Power BI reports.
Knowledge/Experience with Cornerstone or other Learning Management Systems.
Knowledge/Experience with Articulate - Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, or other eLearning software Job Type:
