00 an hour Provide direct support to the Safety General Manager for meetings, travel, reports, etc.
Provide support to the NA Safety department with administrative functions such as high level and executive meeting coordination, materials, minutes, etc.
Support and collaborate with the manufacturing and non-manufacturing operations to provide administrative safety support Maintain and manage the Safety Division Microsoft Teams pages and website Enter and manage department level Purchase Orders (POs) Administer the NA Region Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) program and budget Enter and maintain training records for the NA Safety Department Raise suggestions for process improvement, automation, and other ideas that enhance our team's efficiency Support the co-op program for coordination and onboarding activities Qualifications/ What you bring:
Associates Degree in Business, Communications, Safety, or equivalent experience At least two years of experience in administrative role Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work successfully with people at all levels Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
) Well organized and detailed oriented Added bonus if you have:
Experience working in Safety Experience with Ariba Experience with Adobe Acrobat Suite Bachelor's Degree Job Type:
