Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Collaborating with the manufacturing team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
4.
Using advanced problem-solving skills to address customer issues and concerns.

Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
6.
Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, and actions taken.
7.
Working closely with team members to meet or exceed customer service goals and standards.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following
Qualifications:
1.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role within the manufacturing industry.
2.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
3.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
4.
Outstanding phone etiquette and the ability to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism.
5.
Proven experience as a collaborative team player.
6.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for thinking on your feet.
7.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
8.
A commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times.
