Minova is hiring for a contract position to work on special projects and support our procurement department.
Minova has a well know reputation for excellent customer service, safety and support.
And we are looking for an individual that is product driven, can build strong relationships with our vendors, and support the Minova brand.
Essential Duties:
Manage lead-times and provide timely and accurate information to customers Product training with team members Improve delivery security through production communication Facilitate communication between customers, suppliers and plants regarding changes to orders or delivery times Implement methodologies of continually improving business performance Develop strong relationships with key customer personnel Eliminate customer order errors Deliver value to Minova.
Identify opportunities for cross selling wide product offering Establish strong, enduring and functional customer relationships that maximize the result for the customer and Minova.
Provide market intelligence on customers and their product demand.
100% on time deliveries to all customers.
Accurate MO's to plants C/S personnel confidently processing orders on all products.
Customer feedback on level of professionalism.
Retained business.

5 years manufacturing industry experience Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers and management Computer skills Obtain Customer relationships Customer Service Focus Detail oriented Self-development Problem Solving Team player Manage lead times and provide timely and accurate information to customers Ability to run the business as if it's your own Benefits offered:
