Purpose:
This position is responsible for promoting Meade Equipment's product support departments, equipment sales and technology strategy in a positive and successful way which drives market share, long term relationships, promotes team selling and increased profitability.
They are responsible for supporting all products Meade Equipment represents and utilizing the tools provided to manage the business, keep current on product knowledge and competitive industry programs and products
Responsibilities:
Sell Parts and Service within AOR Support customers getting repair work done or ordering Parts, with consulting to get most out of machine and repair options.
Support and train customers on Telematics, machine technology, Web-based systems (JDLink, Foresight, Customer Portal parts ordering, ETC) New machine follow-up Collaboration with Machine sales and actively work on team selling customers with the salesman in their AOR.
Help with aging account collections Actively sell PM contract sales Maintain a professional image and personal appearance, dress, and preparations of quotes.
Help salesman to identify new target accounts in their AOR Assist branch in identifying upcoming local construction projects that could provide the opportunity for future business.
Actively promote any sales, service, or parts campaigns that Meade Equipment markets to our customer base.
Support in sales demos of new equipment, especially those demo's out of the Deere demo fleet.
